RETURNS AND REPAIRS:

We are sorry but due to the unique nature of our product all sales are final. We cannot accept any returns for a refund, exchange nor credit. If you need any guidance or have any questions with your purchase, please feel free to email customer service at: service@lorilori.com
Repairs:
We stand behind the quality of all Lori Lori Jewelry. In the unlikely event that a piece needs repair in the first 30 days, simply email us at info@lorilori.com regarding any repair question you may have. Please note: charges may apply and you will be notified at the time the jewelry is assessed and prior to the beginning of the repair. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for any repairs. If you need any piece lengthened, there is a $10.00 charge, to shorten a piece, there is no charge.
SHIPPING:
Standard orders are processed the next business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), pending credit card authorization and verification. Standard orders are shipped via UPS ground and delivery should arrive in seven to ten business days. In the event of a delay you will be notified immediately. UPS will not deliver to a PO box. California State residents will be charged an additional 8.25% for California State Taxes.
For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 12 p.m. PST (Pacific Standard Time). Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after 12 p.m. PST through Friday 12 p.m. PST

All information submitted to us via the Lori Lori website is kept confidential. None of this information is ever sold or shared with anyone else.
We may contact you occasionally via email for special sales and new product updates. If you would like to be removed from this list, simply “reply” and write “remove” in the subject line.
